more widely recognised for her quirky, funky ceramic sculpture, this self thought artist is no stranger to success. private commissions by brown thomas for the launch of their shoe rooms, sell out shows at art irelands annual exhibition in dublins rds, and successful solo shows at various leinster based locations, bernadettes work constantly stops passers-by in their tracks.
during summer 2007 bernadette was privileged to be part of a wonderful exhibition in BT2 grafton street, proceeds from which were donated to focus ireland - the charity tasked with providing for irelands homeless. the exhibition was bernadettes first entry into the painting world and resulted in a complete sellout of all her work displayed, click to view ››
encouraged by her success then and since, art ireland 16-18th november rds main hall, sees the first large scale exhibit of her new painted works. her work can also be seen at the new eoin o'connor river gallery in aughrim co. wicklow.
